Event Description:
Join us for an engaging one-hour event designed to transform how we approach innovation in healthcare. We'll begin with an introduction to two concepts: the Two-Loop Model and Strategic Doing. These models emphasize the importance of relationships, community building, and practical frameworks for fostering innovation and navigating change. By attending, you'll gain valuable insights, expand your professional network, and contribute to the future of healthcare innovation.
Dawn and Mohammad will present these models and their relevance to healthcare. The event is structured to be interactive, encouraging dialogue and participation from attendees. After the main session, we will transition into Collaborative Conversations, small breakout groups intended to extend your network of connections or deepen your relationships with those you already know and allow time to reflect on the event's topic.
Objectives:
Understand Key Concepts: Gain a foundational understanding of the Two-Loop Model and Strategic Doing, including their theoretical underpinnings and practical applications for reinventing healthcare.
Explore Practical Applications: Learn how these models can foster innovation, enhance collaboration, and build sustainable networks of healthcare innovators and change agents.
Develop Connections: Foster new connections and deepen existing relationships.
